Ms. Sholeh Madani holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Iran and a professional certificate from Polytechnique Montréal. She brings over 15 years of experience in electrical design, manufacturing, and engineering leadership across North America. Her expertise lies in the development and execution of complex medium- and low-voltage systems, with a strong emphasis on research and development, installation, and commissioning of mission-critical projects across data centers, marine applications, and the oil and gas industry.

Ms. Madani is a registered Professional Engineer in Canada and has maintained this designation for many years. She has held senior leadership roles, including Director of Engineering positions in both the United States and Canada, where she led multidisciplinary teams and drove innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

Her professional experience also includes close collaboration with regulatory authorities and audit teams to certify electrical panel shops in accordance with North American standards, ensuring the highest levels of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance throughout all phases of production.

In addition to her industry contributions, Ms. Madani has been actively involved in the IEEE community. She served as Vice Chair and Section Communications Chair for the IEEE Northern Canada Section, where she organized technical conferences and contributed to the publication of the IEEE newsletter.
